The result of an epic collaboration between Krug Expedition and Arctic Trucks is a unique expedition grade truck especially made for the US.
We’ve partnered with Arctic Trucks, world leaders in polar mobility, to create a truly unique expedition vehicle for North America. At their Cheyenne, Wyoming facility, a luxury Ford Super Duty F-550 Lariat is transformed into a one-of-a-kind 6×6 off-road vehicle with unmatched suspension and chassis reliability.
The added rear axle, massive 365/80R20 tires, and Arctic Trucks’ 8-link air suspension deliver lower ground pressure, better load balance, and smooth, outstanding off-road performance. This setup ensures the vehicle handles even the most challenging terrain with confidence and precision.

OPTIONAL

Our efficient coolant-based hydronic heating system combines underfloor heating, radiators, and a towel radiator with hot water supply. Built with high-quality vibration-resistant piping, it ensures long-lasting performance.
The hydronic system distributes heat evenly, keeping the module warm for extended periods through heated pipes, radiators, and thermally charged flooring. Its primary heat source is a 7 kW Scheer-Nano diesel-powered heater.
Automatic altitude control maintains consistent combustion and efficiency, whether at sea level or high in the mountains, by adjusting to changing oxygen levels.
Additional Air Heating
An auxiliary air heating system is installed to ensure the module stays warm at all times. It can heat the living room and bathroom if the main heater fails, and it also allows for a rapid warm-up of the module.
Powerful Maxxair Roof Ventilator – Living Area
Air inlet and outlet modes
Remote-controlled
Air-conditioning features
Rain sensor that automatically closes the hood when rain is detected
Additional proprietary insulating hood on the roof to prevent condensation in low temperatures
Powerful Maxxair Roof Ventilator – Bathroom
Air outlet mode
Water-resistant design
Bayernluft System
The module is equipped with a Bayernluft Comfort ventilation unit featuring heat recovery and humidity control. This system maintains the ideal humidity level inside the module, reducing the risk of condensation or mold.
Dometic RTX2000 Rooftop AC
This exceptionally compact, roof-mounted air conditioner is designed for maximum efficiency and minimal energy consumption. It is easy to operate and provides flexible airflow through independently adjustable diffusers.
High cooling capacity: 2000 W
Low-profile external unit
Very quiet operation
Highly efficient: only 9.5 A power consumption in Eco mode
OPTIONAL
Water Supply and Filtration System
The fresh water tank can be filled via the side-wall filler neck, allowing use even with low water pressure or from a canister. Pressurized filling includes three-stage pre-filtration with activated carbon and a PURION 1000 UV lamp (254 nm) that eliminates germs, bacteria, viruses, and spores at up to 1,000 l/h (265 gal/h).
Water is delivered by two independently switchable pressure pumps, ensuring a fail-safe, redundant system. Drinking water is further purified with a General Ecology Seagull IV-X2 carbon filter (removing chemicals, chlorine, and particles ≥0.4 µm) and a UV LED unit for instant, automatic disinfection.
An external shower outlet is located in the garage compartment, and both hot and cold water circuits include compressed air inlets for draining residual water during winter storage.
Fresh and Waste Water Tanks
Fresh water tank: 450 L (118 gal)
Grey water tank: 160 L (42 gal)
Black water tank: 160 L (42 gal)
All tanks are located inside the module and feature an automatic frost protection system. Tank levels are monitored by sensors and displayed on the central control panel inside the living area. Grey and black water tanks can be emptied via an electric switch in the garage compartment or manually in case of an emergency.
Washing Machine with Dryer
Designed to resist vibrations, the washing machine is mounted inside the module and connected to the power and water supply systems, as well as the grey water tank.
Submersible water filling pump
High performance submersible pump for filling freshwater tanks from unpressurised sources or natural freshwater bodies.
